amazing work!!! it's perfect, the colors all mix together very smoothly.

*realizes that he was holding his breathe while he looked at this* wow. his face is absolutely amazing, the facial structure, shape, shading, (especially the nose, those are just difficult to do altogether..) his eyes have depth and (once again) his lips are incredibly kissable looking. you even threw in the crooked line of lower teeth. your details on the jewelry are insane, the subtle lace on his blouse..though the hair could use a little work in one spot (where it's over his cheek it looks like just a blur, it could do with some lines to make it fit with the rest..) aside from that, I have no complaints. this is portfolio-worthy..

Advanced 1337 is fun,

striking resemblance to a photograph~ it's incredible X___X; The touch of a painting to it really makes it shine...

Really quite good.

I think you could have been MUCH more attentive with it like you were with Shinya. The colors aren't as clear and contrasting as I think you could have made them.

His hair looks chunky, and it looks like you could have spent much mroe time on it, and pay attention to the angle of the ridge of his right nostril curving towards the center angle of his nose.

His lips were done very well, as was his eye.

It looks like it could use more work. Major potential. If I were you, I'd work on it much more and even play around with the levels in Photoshop to make the contrasts sharper and the colors brighter. (I cheat a lot.) Try also duplicating and multiplying layers, screwing around with different midtones, underpainting, shadows, and highlights by separating each into different layers with varying levels.

Your Shinya was one of the most amazing works I've ever seen, btw. :B
